A Notice of Revocation of a Living Will is used to terminate an existing living Will. In the absence of revoking an existing living will, there is a very real risk that attending medical personnel will abide by the terms of the living will notwithstanding that it may no longer reflect your wishes regarding end-of-life medical care.
