No member of Global Wills takes any responsibility for the safe and proper storage of your Will.

Customers must ensure that any information supplied to Global Wills is accurate. Where the customer has supplied incorrect or false information we will not accept responsibility for same or offer refunds on foot thereof.

Due to the personal nature of this Service and the instantaneous means of providing same, you will have no right to cancel the contract where your legal document is purchased using a credit card and downloaded online. Your payment in respect of any legal document you have purchased will therefore be non-refundable in accordance with the EC (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communications) Regulations 2001. However, where you purchase your legal document using our non credit card payment option you will have a right to cancel the contract up until the time the legal document is sent via e-mail to you.

Without prejudice to any of the foregoing any claim against Global Wills is limited to the cost of the Service.

Complaints procedure.

If you have any complaints please use our "Contact Us" page to tell us about it. We will deal with your complaint within 5 working days of receipt.

- To PayPal (or any other payment collection Service as Gloabl Wills International Limited shall from time to time appoint) for the purpose of obtaining payment in respect of the production of the Will. The customer details passed to Paypal.com will be strictly limited to those necessary to effect payment; and

- To other companies or businesses associated with Global Wills.

In this document, "Country" means Ireland.
